Re: Government’s Response to the Report of the Canada Post Corporation Strategic Review (CPCSR)

I am writing to follow-up on earlier correspondence regarding the government’s response to the report of the Canada Post Corporation Strategic Review advisory panel.

You have stated that the government “has carefully considered all the panel’s recommendations” and that “this has resulted in the development of the government's view pertaining to postal issues and the role Canada Post plays, and it has led to the development of the Canadian Postal Service Charter.”

Will you be taking further action as a result of considering the recommendations and developing the government’s view pertaining to postal issues? For example, will you be responding to review recommendations relating to the governance of Canada Post?

Also, would it be possible to get a copy of the strategic review study on the Universal Service Obligation and Public Policy Analysis?
