Private Sector Bargaining Update: The Struggle Continues

February 10, 2005  -  12:21

Bargaining Units / Miscellaneous

At Intelcom our Brothers and Sisters were so close to signing a Collective Agreement, but unfortunately, like often happens with the first Collective Agreement, employers find ways to deny the legitimate rights of workers by using any strategy at their disposal. Canada Post says they are not involved but not only does the Corporation have some responsibility for this delay, we contend that this is part of their tactic. As our union motto goes; "the struggle continues". The union is not giving up on these members. With their resolve and our commitment and solidarity we are determined to achieve a Collective Agreement for our Brothers and Sisters at Intelcom.
