Dear Sister, Brother

It is with deep sadness that I must advise you of the tragic, accidental death of Brother Frank Calomino, Regional Union Representative, Metro-Toronto Region. Brother Calomino passed away on August 12 while on vacation with his family.

Brother Calomino is survived by his partner, who is a CUPW member and his two daughters, aged 8 and 10.

Brother Calomino served the membership of the Toronto Local as Local Grievance Officer from April 2000 to March 2002. He was elected to the position of Regional Union Representative at our April 2002 National Convention.

The membership of the Metro-Toronto Region will miss Brother Calomino and his commitment to the membership. And CUPW will miss a dedicated activist and trade unionist.
