that you can’t have a fair and equitable workplace. Workers are entitled to protection and rights under
federal and provincial legislation.
CUPW is a democratic union

make their own decisions about priorities for their contracts. Workplace representatives work closely with
experienced CUPW negotiators to negotiate with their employers.
