Help Support CUPW

Many of you have reached out asking how you can help as we head to the picket lines. There are many ways to show solidarity with CUPW and its members:

  • Public messages in print and social media in support of our negotiations, our issues and postal workers.

  • Join us on the picket line.

  • Send a letter or message to the Prime Minister, Minister Qualtrough and Canada Post interim President Jessica McDonald, expressing support for CUPW and its workers and urging them to do what’s right for workers (their emails are below).

Jessica L. McDonald
 <jessica.l.mcdonald@canadapost.postescanada.ca>
Chair of the Board of Directors and Interim President and Chief Executive Officer
Canada Post Corporation

Justin Trudeau <Justin.Trudeau@parl.gc.ca> or <pm@pm.gc.ca>
Prime Minister of Canada

Carla Qualtrough <Carla.Qualtrough@parl.gc.ca> or <minister@pwgsc.gc.ca>
Minister of Public Services and Procurement
Government of Canada

Our members are dedicated to serving the people of this country. We do not want to take strike action but we have been pushed into a corner. Almost a year of negotiations and Canada Post refuses to address our major issues. We are sending a message that we will not back down, that we will fight for what is right.

Thank you for being by our side during this fight.
