The Board of Directors of the Canada Post Corporation (the “Board”) has decided not to pay the Corporate Team Incentive (CTI) to all employees in the Urban Operations Bargaining Unit. The Board’s decision violates Article 5 and other provisions of the collective agreement, as well as relevant legislation.
Corrective Steps Requested
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (the “Union”) requests a statement to the effect that Board members have violated the provisions of the collective agreement and of relevant legislation. The Union also requests that the employer be ordered to pay the CTI, with interest, to all employees affected by this grievance. The Union reserves the right to amend this grievance and to request any additional corrective action.
