During this COVID-19 pandemic, we are continuing to work on the issues related to the National Grievance number N00-10-00001. We are also virtually meeting with CPC to resolve the grievances associated with this National Grievance.
In reviewing the payments CPC issued on April 2, 2020 (Pay Period 7) to affected members who have not been paid for bereavement, marriage leave and vacation entitlement, we noticed that approximately sixty eligible members were not paid. (Please refer to Bulletin #100, released on March 25, 2020, for information regarding this payment.)
When we inquired about this discrepancy to CPC, they informed us that an error occurred while processing some payments for eligible members. Therefore, CPC will be making another payment on May 14, 2020 (Pay Period 10) to the eligible members that were not paid.
Please review your pay stub which should include the National Policy Grievance (NPG) number N00-10-00001.
